During this project was my first opportunity to train a new employee. Since this project I have trained a total of 5 new starts and am proud to say that one of them is now a Senior.
Training new starts is one of the most enjoyable aspects of this job. Not only does it give me the opportunity to really deep dive into my own processes but learn how to make them efficient so that is makes work far more comfortable.
